Questions

Do my clients need an app?

No. Your clients use WhatsApp, which they already have. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.

What number do my clients message?

A dedicated Maira WhatsApp number that we set up for your business. It is separate from your personal number, so you share it with your clients: on your status, in a broadcast, or with the QR code in the app.

How long does setup take?

Signing up takes about 5 minutes. Your WhatsApp number is usually ready the same day. Your 2 free weeks start when your number goes live.

Can Maira get a price or time wrong?

Prices and open slots come only from your service list and your diary. Maira can't invent them. You see every booking it makes in your diary.

Can I still take bookings myself?

Yes. Add bookings and block time off in your diary. Bookings you add yourself are free.

What happens to my clients' details?

We use them only to run your bookings and bill you. We never sell personal information. Under POPIA you can ask us to see, correct or delete it. Read the privacy policy.
